When we shared the 2025–2026 roadmap, one line carried more weight than the rest:

That line introduced the Participation Layer. Today, we’re going deeper, not as a product announcement, but as a principle. The Participation Layer is not a feature of Matchain. It’s the living system that makes the chain work.

Our roadmap is built in four phases, fintech integrations, fan activations, DeFi utilities, and global expansion. But underneath those milestones, one current runs through it all: participation.
- Phase 1: MatchID proved that people are real and active.
- Phase 2: Engagement begins to convert into tangible utility; cards, stablecoins, loyalty programs.
